Jokeman Posted April 14, 2011 Share Posted April 14, 2011 Windows 8 leaked, caught looking a lot like Windows 7 You had to know it was a matter of time before Windows 8 showed up on these great internets for all to download -- illegitimately. An early version (6.1.7850) has been making the rounds at manufacturers and it's finally escaped the confines of beta labs. We haven't braved the torrent sites ourselves to download this, and we certainly wouldn't recommend that you do, but the screenshots we've seen definitely peg this particular revision as a slight evolution of Windows 7, seemingly not including all the revolutionary tweaks to come. Se eles começaram a desenvolver o W8 com base no 7, o que interessa é o kernel e a versão da build, como já referiram atrás. As primeiras builds do 7 diziam Vista nesse sítio a sublinhado. De acordo com alguns relatórios que escaparam para a Internet, a Microsoft poderá estar a preparar o suporte no Windows 8 ao conhecido sensor de movimentos desenvolvido para a XBox 360, o Kinect. Assim, e com base num lote de slides que chegaram à Internet nos últimos dias, é possível perceber que uma das opções presentes no Painel de Controle do Windows 8 fala na opção "Detectar Presença Humana". Face a isto estaremos, por exemplo, perante uma opção que permita captar os movimentos de uma pessoa e interagir com o computador. Outra das possibilidades é da Microsoft estar a pensar num sistema de autenticação ao próprio sistema operativo (tipo password de acesso ao sistema) com recurso ao reconhecimento facial do utilizador. Mas para já são meras especulações visto que não existe qualquer confirmação oficial por parte da Microsoft pelo que teremos de aguardar mais algum tempo para saber se isto se confirma ou não... According to a well known leak tracker, as characterized by WinRumors, Microsoft has fired two employees that the company believed to be leaking the beta builds. MyDigitalLife forum member Canouna posted that two employees were fired, and that Microsoft was able to trace the leak of at least one of the Windows 8 beta builds back to its origin. The termination of employees cannot be verified, as Microsoft does not release such information. Rumors claim that Microsoft fired one of its employees in Redmond and another in Russia. Given the words of warning that are clearly displayed on the desktop wallpaper of the Windows 8 betas, this shouldn't be surprising action by Microsoft. Qd andavam aí os screenshots do win7 a mostrar essa maneira de trocar de janelas a malta ficava toda "WOOW!" e agora quem é que usa isso? É alt+tab e mai nada. O mesmo para as widgets e essas merdices para ver se está sol lá fora ou se está de noite, se está frio ou calor, ver as temps do cpu e da gpu, espaço em disco, se o pc está a consumir 7 litros aos 100 ou se está com falta de água no limpa pára brisas.
