TMZ is now reporting that Jack Swagger has been charged with DUI, marijuana possession, and speeding. These charges are all misdemeanors. Titus apparently grabbed Vince and said “ladies first” as he was trying to be a gentlemen. But it seems that the gesture was misunderstood.
