Quote

Just imagining how that would play out.

It's 45-50 minutes into the rumble, about 7-12 wrestlers are in the ring, worn out. The clock appears and the fans start counting down.

"Five... Four... Three... Two... One........"

The lights all go out and then in a sudden flash of light, Demon Finn is in the middle of the ring. The crowd goes insane as Balor begins taking out everyone. And then.

"SPEAR BY THE BIG DOG, OUT GOES BALOR."

Roman, who was #1 in the rumble eliminates the demon and wins the Rumble.

Fans riot and destroy the arena and city, thousands dead.

Sportskeeda reports that new betting odds from places like Skybet, Paddy Power and Betfair have dramatically shifted, with Daniel Bryan going from 66/1 to 9/1 or 10/1 odds of winning the men’s Royal Rumble match. Bryan previously had worse odds to win than Roderick Strong and Chad Gable, among others, but now he’s near the top of the list with Shinsuke Nakamura and Roman Reigns.

Of course this may seem like a fool’s bet, as previously reports suggested that WWE has still not cleared him. Bryan himself has said that if he doesn’t wrestle by Wrestlemania, he likely won’t be back in the ring for WWE at all.
