WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens vs. Roman Reigns

If this truly is "The Kevin Owens Show," then the first threat of cancellation has come, because Kevin Owens will defend his WWE Universal Title against U.S. Champion Roman Reigns at WWE Roadblock: End of the Line, live Sunday, Dec. 18, on WWE Network.

Mere hours after retaining his U.S. Title at Hell in a Cell, Reigns inferred that his broad shoulders still had room for another title, and that his eye was set on Owens' prize in particular. Tensions ran high between the two from then on, with Owens and Chris Jericho going so far as to jointly blame Reigns for Team Raw's loss to SmackDown LIVE at Survivor Series. The Big Dog responded by questioning Owens' abilities as a fighting champion, specifically his reliance on Jericho in his title defenses. A riled-up KO accepted Reigns' offer of a No. 1 Contender's Match the same night and, with Jericho indisposed, fell to Reigns in one-on-one action to make the title match official for Roadblock: End of the Line.

Will The Prizefighter retain his prize? Or is the Roman Empire's war chest about to grow by one?

Raw Women's Champion Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte Flair (30-Minute WWE Iron Man Match)

Sasha Banks went through Hell and beyond to reclaim the Raw Women's Championship from Charlotte Flair. Now, she'll have to survive one of WWE's most storied stipulations to keep it.

The Boss will defend her hard-won championship against the self-styled Queen of the Women's division in a WWE Iron Man Match at Roadblock: End of the Line. The marathon stipulation — the two Superstars will compete uninterrupted for 30 minutes and whoever has scored the most victories at the end wins — isn't just the logical end point for a rivalry that has seen the Raw Women's Title change hands between the two five times in four months. It's also the first time female Superstars will battle under WWE Iron Man regulations on a Raw-branded pay-per-view (Banks famously competed in the first-ever Women's WWE Iron Man Match in 2015 against Bayley while in NXT). Plus, it was revealed on the final Raw before Roadblock: End of the Line that there will be no rematch clause for this match.

Will Banks cement her place in history and stop Charlotte's own record-obliterating streak of singles pay-per-view victories, or will Charlotte spell the "End of the Line" for The Boss' hard-won status as Raw Women's Champion?

WWE Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann vs. TJ Perkins vs. The Brian Kendrick

"The Outlandish" Rich Swann's path to the WWE Cruiserweight Championship was something out of a dream, but two former champions are out to turn Swann's title reign into a short-lived nightmare.

Swann will defend his championship against The Brian Kendrick and TJ Perkins at WWE Roadblock: End of the Line in a battle of the Cruiserweight division's three most decorated competitors.

Not only was Perkins the first WWE Cruiserweight Champion, he achieved the feat by winning this past summer's Cruiserweight Classic — defeating Swann in the process. Perkins, of course, ultimately lost the title to his former mentor Kendrick, who was then defeated by Swann in the series premiere of WWE 205 Live. But even as Swann held Kendrick at bay, Perkins never strayed far from the title picture, and now, he will be given the chance to hit "reset" on his own reign while Kendrick looks to bring the title back under his control as well.

So the question is: Can Rich Swann handle this?

Seth Rollins vs. Chris Jericho

As their rivalry continues to barrel out of control, Seth Rollins and Chris Jericho are set to face off one-on-one at the next Raw-exclusive pay-per-view, Roadblock: End of the Line, on Sunday, Dec. 18.

The hostility between The Architect and the keeper of The List of Jericho has escalated steadily week after week. Barbs like "sparkle crotch" now seem a distant memory given the recent acts of hostility between the two.

Jericho cost Rollins a pivotal WWE Universal Championship Match against Kevin Owens, stymying Rollins' quest to reclaim the title that he lost under controversial circumstances in the first place. The Architect repaid the intrusion on the Nov. 28 edition of Raw, attacking Jericho in a parking garage and capping off a brutal brawl by Pedigreeing the scarfed Superstar on the roof of a car.

At Roadblock: End of the Line, the former World Champions will settle the score inside the ring. Will "The Gift of Jericho" prove overwhelming for Rollins, or can the dynamic Architect fight his way back toward the WWE Universal Championship?

Sami Zayn vs. Braun Strowman

Having finally convinced Raw General Manager Mick Foley that he has the fortitude to take on Braun Strowman, Sami Zayn must show Foley — and the WWE Universe — that he can survive 10 minutes against The Monster Among Men this Sunday at Roadblock: End of the Line.

Such was the challenge laid out by Mrs. Foley's Baby Boy Monday night. Foley originally expressed misgivings about granting Zayn a rematch against Strowman after the barrel-chested destroyer ran through Zayn on the Nov. 21 edition of Raw. Their first encounter was so one-sided that Raw's plaid-clad GM ordered the referee to stop the match, claiming Zayn was unable to defend himself against the 6-foot-8, 385-pounder.

That outcome, and Foley's apparent lack of faith in The Underdog from the Underground, served only to stoke Zayn's inner fire. Finally, after Foley went so far as to threaten trading Zayn to SmackDown LIVE for a "talent of equal value, Eva Marie," it became clear that Foley was simply trying to motivate Zayn and prepare him for Strowman's immense challenge.

The Abominable Strowman has smashed through every competitor who has stepped his way, usually with the delicacy of an 18-wheeler splattering animal viscera on the pavement. His matches never last more than a couple minutes, because no Superstar has presented much of a challenge. Though Zayn is universally considered one of WWE's gutsiest and most gifted grapplers, he still gives up seven inches in height and more than 170 pounds to The Monster Among Men. Strowman said Zayn cannot survive two minutes against him; will The Underdog from the Underground make the big man eat his words and go the distance for 10 minutes?

David vs. Goliath becomes a reality at Roadblock: End of the Line.

Big Cass vs. Rusev (Kickoff Match)

After weeks of having to watch Rusev rough up his best friend, Big Cass will get an opportunity to pay back The Super Athlete for his brutality when they collide in a huge head-to-head showdown on the Roadblock: End of the Line Kickoff.

Cass' conflict with The Bulgarian Brute actually began when a naked Enzo Amore —who was locked out of the men's locker room by Cass — bumped into Lana backstage. Rusev didn't take kindly to Enzo talking with his wife while in his birthday suit, challenging the New Jersey native to a match.

The former United States Champion proceeded to pummel Enzo in their ensuing contest as Cass watched from ringside. Enzo retaliated the best way he knows how, by dissing The Ravishing Russian on the mic, but that would cost him as Rusev hit him with a painful looking low-blow in their rematch.

This combative rivalry reached new levels of hostility when Rusev and Lana set up Enzo for a sneak attack. Rusev was supposed to face Big Cass on the Dec. 5 edition of Raw, but instead the 7-footer had to witness his buddy getting laid out by Rusev after being wooed into Lana's hotel room.

Rusev has proved his dominance over the smaller Enzo in recent weeks — albeit mostly via underhandedness — but now the hulking powerhouse will have to face a Superstar his own size. Actually, he will have to face an even bigger competitor in Big Cass.

Both Big Cass and Rusev are arguably two of WWE's brightest young Superstars, each with an exceptional combination of size, strength and athleticism. Something has to give when they step inside the squared circle to do battle on the Roadblock: End of the Line Kickoff.
