Já estive a passar os olhos e a ver métodos, já meti alguns links no "read it later"

Anyway todos obrigam a fazer o unlock do bootloader através do HTCdev, o que significa que poderás perder a garantia, e a mudar o Cid do teu telemóvel pois não há versão ICS da vodafone para flashar um compatível

Vais avançar da mesma forma?

Ok no teu caso o procedimento é muito complicado, uma vez que vais ter que meter um bootloader e os drivers que permita correr um kernel 3 do ICS

Para isso vais ter que fazer o S-off e mudar o carrier id do teu telemóvel para um global que reconheça uma das operadoras que já tenham ICS ou seja um procedimento que vai implicar dar um pequeno "shot eléctrico" ao telefone, tipo isto

Tudo era muito mais simples se a vodafone tivesse lançado o upgrade, mas não lançado a única forma é ir por aqui

Tens aí um fio de cobre "com camisa" por causa da electricidade estática? :-..

A partir de dia 10 volto eu ao trabalho.. Bem, deixa lá.. Fico com isto com Gingerbread até a Vodafone resolver oferecer outro telemóvel.

É para fazer isto:

Wire Trick

The “wire trick” is an essential part of the JuopunutBear S-OFF procedure.

When instructed to do so by the program you must perform the “wire trick” which is done as follows.

  1. Remove the cover panel concealing the contact points as indicated in the picture below.

  2. Obtain an insulated wire of appropriate length and gauge

  3. Insert one end of the wire into the hole where indicated in the picture below (it is the lower of the two holes), ensuring that a firm contact is made with the metal contact at the bottom of the hole

  4. Briefly touch to other end of the wire to the contact marked GND in the picture below.

  5. Wait approximately 1.75 seconds and then again touch the wire to the contact marked GND in the picture below.

  6. Allow the program to continue.

Note: it may take several attempts of running the program in order to obtain the correct timing for the wire trick.

The contact points for the “wire trick” are shown in the picture below.
