Urgente - problema dual boot

Boas noites...

tou numa situação complicada. tenho um macbook e a partir do bootcamp do mac os instalei o windows 7. o que acontece é q agora inicia sempre com o windows 7, e nao consigo ir para o mac os

Alguem me pode ajudar??

Não há 1 atalho qualquer para acederes ao boot menu quando inicias o mac?
