Jotha Posted July 26, 2011 Share Posted July 26, 2011 Não se deve ouvir música enquanto se corre pois dessa forma não se ouve nada do que passa na rua e torna-se perigoso o som nao deve é ir muito alto, ou entao so com um phone no ouvido... mas deve.se estar sempre atento ao que nos rodeia a mim todos me diziam que tinha q ser musica com ritmo/mexida, etc... ainda tentei... mas quando corro só reggae e corro quase sempre acima dos 70% da FCM... gleal Posted July 27, 2011 Share Posted July 27, 2011 (edited) Acho que isso depende do gosto de cada um, eu gosto de correr a ouvir música electrónica, mais propriamente progressive trance, parece que não me canso tanto Ah, eu tenho a sorte de ter um parque natural excelente para correr/btt ao pé de casa, por isso não há o perigo de não ouvir o trânsito, mas uma vez que fiquei a correr até anoitecer, pensei: - e se viesse aqui um gajo qualquer atrás de mim sem eu o ouvir e me desse com um pau pela cabeça para me gamar o monitor gps ou o mp3?! - depois foi um stress, estava sempre a olhar para trás até chegar a casa...
