eu vou dizer uma coisa acredita kem kiser. nao ha nada melhor (dentro da merda q é o windows) q um xp pro com sp2 versao normal e de preferencia actualizada com updates tipo akelas da ETH0, agora depois podem é suavizar a perfomance desligando serviços q por default estao activos e q na maior parte das vezes um home user nao precisa deles e q estao a pesar bastante na memoria e no processamento. depois poem os updates com notificaçao para nao instalarem merdas do tipo deste ultimo cancro q é o windows search bar q faz indexamento, indexamento = = consumo de memoria e processamento e kem tiver isto pode reparar por ex q tem processos novos activos a consumir mais memoria q o proprio explorer ou svchost, processos estes q devem ser os unicos a consumir mais de 20k de memoria. existem varias formas de ter boas perfomances no windows xp basta nao instalarem tudo quanto é porcaria sem qq tipo de organizaçao, se fizerem as coisas e tiverem sempre tudo controlado o windows nao dá BSOD, nao vejo disso ha anos e tenho o xp instalado desde 2005 sempre a funcionar como se tivesse sido acabado de instalar. agora sabendo isto tudo kem é q no seu juizo perfeito vai instalar o black xp cheio de tralha desnecessaria q só vai criar conflitos? nao se deixem enganar pelas aparencias, sim é mto bonito uau black xp mas e depois? de balck xp rapidamente passa a blue screen xp e se querem ter o windows com esse aspecto nao precisam de instalar um sistema de raiz, existem themes e ate mesmo shells alternativas q ficam igualmente espectacularse e ate melhores, coisa q tb nao aconselho a instalrem, shells mas pronto sempre é menos mau pq tem soluçao. ouço mta malta a dizer q faz formats de 15 em 15 dias epah pera aí, caso nao saibam a cada format q fazem o vosso disquinho sofre com isso.

Concordo com a maior parte (1ª) do que escreveste :y: Também já há anos que não apanho um blue screen e nem fazia ideia que os utilizadores do Windows XP ainda sofriam disso. Por aqui, é instalar as releases da Eth0 e remover uns quantos serviços logo ao início (nomeadamente MSN Explorer e Windows Media Player).

Com a experiência da maior parte de vós, conhecem (ou deviam conhecer) software leve e eficaz (anti-virus, firewall, registry cleaner e outras quantas apps bastante úteis).

Não concordo com o que disseste em relação ao Black XP porque instalei o Black XP em casa do meu primo há um par de semanas e aquilo estava bastante estável. Óbvio que instalei a versão CD; sim, pq a versão DVD (isso é que não convém) tem milhentos programas que à partida não vamos usar.

I’ve been using this stripped-down version of WindowsXP Pro SP2 Corporate for

about several months now. It’s quick to install, and it’s stable! It’s great for

small hard drives. You’ll notice not so many services running in the background,

too. It boots fast and shuts down quick.

If you’re ever in the need for an extremely light version of XP, then this disc

will be right for you. You’ll still be able to get on-line and do everything else,

except that you won’t have all the BS that Microsoft forces you to install - that

you will never use.
