Epá, quebramos no final, mas até aos 60 minutos da 2ª parte, tivemos impecáveis!

So vi o principio do jogo mas parecia que estavamos a defender melhor mas o nosso ataque foi inexistente...

Pelo menos a parte que eu vi, so conseguimos subir para o ataque uma vez, que foi mais que suficiente para marcar ensaio :P

Contra a Roménia é que vai ser. Vamos ganhar 15-0.

PS - Parece que a cena dos aplausos mutuos no final é comum. Pensava mesmo que o jogo com a Nova Zelandia tinha sido uma excepcao....

eu so neste mundial e que vi a cena dos aplausos e parece-me que qdo começar realmente o mundial (quartos de final) essas merdas acabam nao tou a ver a nova zelandia australia ou africa do sul a aplaudir um dos outros se perderem alias ja vi muitos jogos entre os 3 e aplausos so mesmo do publico qdo a equipa da casa ganhou :-..

Vi agora o comentário do jogo de Portugal contra Itália no blog do Lomu, e fala muito bem dos portugueses.

"The game last night between Italy and Portugal was something I was looking forward to watching. I thought there may have been a good contest there, but it was just frustrating to watch because Portugal played quite well but in the end were very unlucky. They are still an inexperienced team with the ball and probably lack cohesion. They scored a very good try which started from a lineout and after taking the ball into the midfield and setting up several mauls they produced the goods. It was a good solid piece of rugby and it shows they are improving game after game. You just have to take a look at the scoreboard to see that they were very close for the first 50 minutes. Then unfortunately they made some crucial mistakes and the Italians capitalised on this scoring more points.

Again, after this game you can say that they deserve to be there, they have a powerful pack, good defence, and show some good speed in the backline they just need more more big games playing consistently at a higher level. This is the ongoing challenge of developing world rugby and it's not any easy one to solve. Italy has some Six Nations games under their belt and some good wins. If Portugal were able to have the same opportunities I'm sure they'd improve. They have already shown a lot of progress from 2003 but if the next World Cup is reduced to just 16 teams, I wonder what effect it will have on the game."

Alem do grande jogador que foi, parece-me q percebe bastante do jogo. E nada arrogante, para estar atento a equipas como Portugal.

Daqui a 4 anos estamos lá outra vez...

O nosso maior problema é a segunda equipa,ou a grande diferença que há entre a qualidade da primeira equipa para a segunda...quer dizer, so conseguimos ter uma grande equipa,e os jogadores que a compõem têm de ser divididos para preencher os 80 min, logo acabamos por ter duas equipas relativamente mediocres. Quando digo equipas refiro-me a 15's, e foi pena o ferreira ter-se despedido da selecção com uma derrota...mas fiquei uma beca triste com a derrota de hoje, até porque não estava a contar...mas é aquela coisa, nos ja iamos no 4o jogo, os gajos so ainda vao no 3o... ha sempre cansaço acumulado... mas pronto ja era esperado olhando para o que tem sido os embates entre as duas selecçoes que estão neste site

Somos uns perdedores e perdemos todos os jogos!!! No futebol qd jogamos com lichensteins ou azerbeijoes eles tb dão o litro e sofrem pla camisola e no entanto a nossa imagem deles é de uns taralhocos!! Essa tb é a imagem k o nosso rugby dá aos outros!! Seremos sinceros, somos mto maus,resta-nos ser humildes e evoluir!!Força

Podes comparar é Portugal a uma República da Irlanda, Ucrânia, que de vez em quando intrometem-se e vão a mundiais ou europeus.

Azerbeijões e Luxemburgos nem sonham ir a campeonatos mundiais, por isso essa comparação é descabida.

Eu cá acho diferente. Esses Azerbeijões não jogam um cu, mas fisicamente são iguais e por vezes melhores que nós. A selecção de Rugby tem em média jogadores bem mais pequenos e leves que os adversários.

Eu estava a ver o jogo com comentários em inglês, e montes de vezes louvavam a atitude dos portugueses, a bravura de lutar contra os Romenos muito mais poderosos fisicamente...

Viva a atuitude dos portugas no mundial e realmente eles mereciam serem louvados no final do jogo com a romenia foram uns herois deram o sangue pela nacao e pelo desporto que eles amam, nao ha dinheiro que pague a atitude deles nem o mourinho chega para eles. Viva a selecao de portugal !!!!!!! Grandes portugas, fizeram-me gostar de ser portuga . Parabens!!!!!!!!

Eu tb sou da opinião que se andam a atirar demasiados foguetes para a festa que foi. O que eu acho é que cada ensaio de Portugal era tido para muitos como uma vitória. E compreende-se. Somos amadores. Perdemos 4 vezes e saímos do Mundial com a maior média de pontos sofridos (ou lá perto).

Isto a mim não me deixa ficar contente. E pouco me importa que os outros enalteçam a minha garra ou entrega. Estamos a anos luz deles e só nos resta profissionalizar o nosso Rugby para que possamos ter pessoas de corpo inteiro nesta modalidade. Só assim podemos evoluir. Como amadores não podemos ambicionar a crescer mais do que isto.
