What customer Vincent Ferrari got when he tried to cancel his account was a lot of frustration. Vejam o video, ou basta ler a transcrição do audio. E agora reconhecem algo parecido ?? Ou... onde será que ja vi algo parecido?? :- :-.. Tá giro a treta que eles inventam para obrigar um gajo a desligar a chamada / desistir de cancelar o serviço :-..
