It may sound nuts today, but a San Diego company called Nethercomm is developing a way to use ultra wideband wireless signals to transmit data at broadband speeds through natural-gas pipes. The company claims its technology will be able to offer 100 megabits per second to every home, which is more than enough to provide voice, video and high-speed Internet access.

Para mim nao obrigado,tenho o cinzeiro ao pé do modem.já o predio do meu vizinho cheira bastante a internet e o fogao dele crasha kuando se açende o forno.

LOL! tens de comprar glassex pra limpar esse fogão, deve tar cheio de spyware :P

Não me admirava nada se daqui a uns anitos já não for preciso nada disso e funcionar tudo por wireless. Teremos velocidades de vários mbits sem as complicações das ligações e dos cabos.

É claro que nessa altura vamos tar todos a reclamar por só termos ligações de 400MBits quando na suecia já estárão nos 4GBits. Já para não falar dos limites de trafego estudipos de 10 Terabytes por mês!!! Isso não dá para nada!!!

Epa , vou mudar o tarifario para gas propano ( ADSl ) , o butano ( NETCABO ) vai a baixo montes de vezes , nao cnsg tar a sacar a minha mae a fazer a janta e o meu irmao a tomar banho , sera q mudando para o gas ( CLIX ) canalizado terei mais beneficios? :P

PS: Tenho adsl e sempre a bombar ;)
