Here are the steps you have to follow after you download the IE7 Beta 1: 1. Extract the installer with eg. WinRAR. 2. Go to the "update" folder of the IE7 installer that you just extracted 3. Make a backup copy of the file "update.inf" somewhere 3. Open up an editor (wordpad will be enough) and edit the file "update.inf" 4. Remove lines: 9730 and 9735, they are at the end of that file: LangTypeValue = 0x09 MSG_IE7Beta1Installed = "Internet Explorer 7 Beta 1 is already installed on this computer. Please use Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel to uninstall it (make sure Show Updates is checked so that you’ll see it) and then reinstall it again." MSG_IE7GreaterInstalled = "Setup cannot continue because a more recent version of Internet Explorer has been detected on this system." MSG_IE7Installed = "Internet Explorer 7 is already installed on this computer. Please use Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel to uninstall it (make sure Show Updates is checked so that you’ll see it) and then reinstall it again." MSG_IE7SameUserUninstall = "Internet Explorer 7 Beta 1 cannot be uninstalled from this user account. Please log on to the same user account from which it was installed and try again." MuiCultureDirectory = "en-US" Line 9730 is the: "LangTypeValue..." And line 9735 is the: "MuiCultureDirectory..." Delete those lines. 5. Save the file. 6. Run "update.exe" and as fast as you can, when the setup open's up - replace the update.ini with the old file. (becouse of the integrity check inside the setup) 7. KAMPUZ Posted August 4, 2005 Share Posted August 4, 2005 O firefox (que eu também uso) apresenta muitas incompatibilidades com alguns sites. Há sites que simplesmente não dão para ver com o firefox. Quem não acredita que visite por exemplo www.antarte.pt usando o firefox e o IE. Outro exemplo é o http://www.tmn.pt/sudoestetmn.shtmlE há muitos mais...
